I purchased it online but I think you can get it over the counter. I don't know I'm not American. it's like really strong coffee or a mild amphetamine without the dirtiness. It's the precursor to natural dopamine in the brain. Just a nice clean clear headed feeling and focus.

op here. I'll just add that I'm someone who suspects I have a case of somewhat mild ADD. so this might have more of an effect on me than other people. but the effect is noticeable. as long as I can remember my focus has been god awful. I was always daydreaming and inattentive to everything. So anything that can make me focus is like jumping into a new world.
