I've been in a good relationship for 3 years. Our home life functions well largely on my initiative. I provide guidance and divide responsibilities and reward her taking active initiative. Because of the things I cultivated she does chores like making meal planning and 1/2 of the cooking, when we first dated she didn't know how to cook beyond baking cookies and did not much cleaning other than tidying up.
