No, our beggars are just romani scum (literal criminals) who sometimes even have the nerve to follow you and bother you for money in horribly broken Swedish. I would pay money to give them a negative amount if anything.
I don't usually carry cash, but if I do and see a native one (i.e. alcoholic) I might give him some coins ($0.1-$0.5)

Only adult white males if they don't look like they're going to use the money to buy drugs or beer.

No. It used to bother me not to, because I thought those people needed the help. Now I realize that if they are so incompetent they've ended up in their situation giving them money is like throwing it into a hole.

I buy food for poor little kids. And i give money to the ones who are too old and still try to work on something, as long as they look sober.
