Therapists are like fortune tellers. They wait for you to tell them just enough that they can jump in at the last second and say "Ahh, I know what your problem is" and affirm whatever insecurity you have. Don't fall for it, and take everything with salt.

I would work really hard in therapy to get over what ever is effecting you. Just have to numb yourself to those normies.
