I don't know mate. I cleaned my room, made a routine, but I'm still not social at all. I wash daily, brush teeth, wash face and ears and follow a good morning and evening routine, I also go to bed early, yet still I have no social life, and I'm not too sure where to find one. Honestly don't worry about it, I personally tried to find fun things to do and pick up: I dabbled in Video Editing, Photo Editing, Animation, 3D Modelling, Programming and so many other things (I did try music but I've the talent of a disabled ape on a synth) so I'd suggest maybe doing something like that as the possibilities are endless.

I hear uni is decent for making friends and at work you can get the social fill if I'm honest with you, everyone is generally in the same boat so if you just stay friendly, don't talk behind peoples backs etc then people will probably like you.
I really do understand and sympathise friend and I struggle to get along myself sometimes - just keep at the routine and try and actively find out what makes you happy, I can't just tell you what will sadly.

I don't want to go to uni, I wanted to kill myself all through sixth form, and while I'm still depressed it isn't as bad as it was when at school, still very bad though. I remember school as hiding in the bathrooms having panic attacks because I tried buying something from the vending machine and it ate my money, and some people saw and laughed. Or when I forget homework, etc.
I'm going to start work in hopefully the next two weeks at a construction company, I sugar coated it to my dad and he thinks it's a civil engineering gig, and that they're going to sponsor me through uni and stuff. It's basically lift a fifty pound bag up and drop it somewhere else. I look forward to it though, money would be nice and so would having a purpose in life. Even though I don't know what I'll buy, I think I'll save to move out as I desperately want independence.

I think I can handle a job, just not school. The pandering and mistrust, I can deal with people getting pissed off at me, I can deal with being told something and doing it, I can deal with long hours. Just not teachers.
I haven't had a panic attack for two weeks now, when I start work it will have been a month. First challenge for me is to go back to school to pick up results and not act weird, as in sweat a lot, or get a panic attack. I know I got U's and probably one C or maybe B so I'm going in then out. Uni is overhyped and the novelty wears off within a week. A construction job is great, perhaps after a while of doing that look into carpentering or landscape gardening. These are essentially the same job but with more style.
