I live in FL. I will usually pick up any non-poisonous looking bug there is. I've picked these guys up and they will try to break free immediately and hiss while they're doing it.

They eat rotten wood. Ambrosia beetles are fine and won't harm you at all. They do hiss tho.

lel we had invasion of this fuckers, in fact we still have
they fly everywhere, fall on you and shit, we killed thousands of them last week, and they keep invading our house every night
