I'm only skinnyfat but I eat like an obese person

I think my eating habits/schedule/diet plus smoking probably helps me stay at an okay weight and not balloon out of control

Had breakfast for dinner and made a huge full English plus a stack of pancakes, then ate a half tub of iced cream, a row of oreos, half a bag of chips, a bowl of cereal and that was what I ate today. I only eat 1 regular meal and then the rest is junk food and snacking

Yeah, I feel so unhealthy. I have been awake for 3 hours and already am up to 390 calories.

I feel very bad. I wish i would eat less when depressed but it's the opposite. I'd rather be skinny than fat, atleast chicks dig skinnies.
