What's the best way to get rid of them? I've killed dozens of them by hand but I'm sure they are just going to keep coming back.

Put peanut butter on a damp tissue near water sources.

They'll land on the peanut butter and get stuck, unable to fly and multiply.

I had a horrible fruit fly problem and i fixed it by taking four bowls and filling them with apple cider vinegar, fruit on the bottom yogurt, sugar, and dish soap. The flys go to eat and then drown because the soap breaks the surface tension of the water.

Dump a shit load of baking soda down your drain and wash it out with vinegar. If it really does get bad, pour bleach down your drain.
