I believe that murder is only bad if you get caught or suffer the consequences.

Philosophical beliefs on their own are not enough to justify murder. You can resent your parents for giving you life, but killing them would be a ridiculous over reaction. I think the better interpretation is that if your parents are truly antinatalists then they should support your decision to take your own life if you decide to do so.

the struggle of life is that we were born and must suffer the absurdity of our drive for meaning and how sour we struggle with our own mortality.
all so called rights and moralities are abstractions and make-believes, not inherent laws so easily deemed as if read in a textbook but rather lucid bubbles of personal aesthetics, beliefs and interpretations that we work to fairly intermingle and integrate with others personal bubbles.
in this case the perpetrator would personally deem their act to be comparable slight as murder.

antinatalism is by very defintion, immoral - since the philosophy stands in rebellion against the command of God to 'go forth and multiply'

and since God is the sole arbiter of right and wrong, and by extension, everything moral, then to go against such a command is the true 'Sin'

oh and before anyone denies God, it should be pointed out that the atheist/agnostic/naturalist-humanist has no logically coherent foundation to call anything right or wrong - save for subjective feelings on the matter, which ultimately mean nothing

or if for some reason you use their fucked up moral standards then the question becomes "Is it morally justified to kill someone as bad as a murderer/slaver?" The answer is still no, they're not an active threat.

also add into the fact that they're your parent and murdering them becomes extra shitty, even if they're shitty themselves.
