no
For the last 3 years I've made sure to go jogging everyday. It's gotten really boring but I feel dirty if I miss a day. I've also started driving to nearby towns to dumpster dive for tech goodies and have found some good shit. The prospects of finding stuff helps keep the enthusiasm high encouraging me to jog further on.

No, a couple months ago a chiropractor fucked my back, shoulders and ribs up in ways unknown to me or doctors. I can't really do anything I used to do as far as physical activity goes and sleeping and sitting are painful. I had already been rehabbing a mysterious hip injury that doctors also couldn't tell me anything about which kept me from being able to run or do any moderate leg work, but I can't really do those PT exercises now because I have to use my back and shoulders for those. I'm probably going to have to quit my job now because I can't physically do it and there aren't many jobs I'm qualified for that I can do with my injuries.
I was trying to take strides to improve my health, but I don't think the universe wants me to practice carpe diem.
