>feet start becoming numb very often
Do you have anorexia/bulimia or anyother eating disorder? Cause that'll happen when you go sub 100.

Or on the other hand, beetus can make you lose sensation in your feet.

How much soda do you drink?
Probably diabeetus
>>38793319
too much
if I'm showing symptoms do I already have it or can I stop drinking soda and be alright
>>38793249
Yeah, seems you were right based on the soda drinking. Really should have assumed overweight over anorexic.

I think you can nip it in the bud and stop now. Either way, if you do get full-blown beetus you'll need to stop anyway or you could actually LOSE your feet.
I'd highly recommend using myfitnesspal and tracking your food as an experiment to see just how much sugar you consume.
Humans aren't really supposed to consume much of it.

I think it's time to go for a jog
see you guys later

>nip it in the bud
can i just say, this is just such a quality phrase
>>38793408
>go for a walk
>feet have blisters now
>probably already have diabeetus anyways

What if youre skinny and this happeneds? I never drink soda btw. Should i go on a 100% vegan diet to stop the beetus before it actually happeneds? I heare being vegan can even cure beetis cause your pancreas cells recover

I'm a skeleton too and this happens to me. I dont drink soda at all
>>38793337
You can stop it but you're gonna need to make a lot of lifestyle changes. Basically all diet related, so don't just stop drinking soda. Cut back on all junk. You need to also start balancing it out with a shit ton of veggies and start getting somewhat active.

>walking around the house barefoot
>sudden shooting pain in one of my soles
>could flip a fucking coin over whether I just managed to pick up a tiny splinter or it's just completely random nerve pain again
God, I hate being so unhealthy but I'm too lazy to change. It's a wonder I don't have the beetus yet.
