How do I, an agnostic-atheist, attract a Christian man, robutts?

Him:
>6'2", bearmode, moderately handsome
>29 years old
>virgin by choice, though many girls are attracted to him
>low self-esteem as he used to be an ex fatty
>lives with parents but does odd jobs to get money, intends to apply for a decently paying job once he drops another 20 lbs

The problem is that I usually chase, but he has told me specifically that he prefers to do the chasing. It's difficult because anything too slutty will repulse him (due to Christian views) but anything too boring won't get him interested in the first place. What do?
