Is Dark Souls still cool?

Yeah it is still cool, but to be cool you must say that DS1 was the best and know obscure facts about it

Played DS1 to get a taste of it. Beat it with black knights halberd so you could probably say I never really beat it as intended, but I still got demolished by gwynnie the pooh for about an hour and a half and it ruined the ending for me. Not really interested in playing the rest of the series as the combat and aesthetic doesn't really appeal to me enough to bear dying and running from point A to point B so many times.

It's a fantastic game appreciated for the wrong reasons.

Good gameplay, amazing replayability, fantastic level design and seamless world filled with interesting lore if you are willing to dig for information. Allows for a variety of different playstyles that all can work if you can pull it off.

I would love the game even if it was very easy. It's just enjoyable.
