I never failed, i eat less than 50 calories on fasting days.

My family has KFC, and my will power is twice as strong as my cravings now.

Ive lost 2 dress sizes but still feel so fat.

I still want to eat all the time.

Why dont you just do intermittent fasting, eat in a 4/8 hour period only every day. The rest of the time you will be burning fat instead of the food you ate.
