Your not losing fat because fasting leaves your body in starvation mode which stores more incoming calories than burning them.. This means your body will breakdown muscle for energy instead, so you are still fat. Eat a minimum of 1200 calories when fasting

Why dont you just do intermittent fasting, eat in a 4/8 hour period only every day. The rest of the time you will be burning fat instead of the food you ate.
