The call that got to me the most was

We found out later there is a racket for Chinese immigrants where they work the streets and in return their families get to stay in one these tenements. There was about 80 of them living side to side on that floor. They had become their own village and told not to leave the tenement under any circumstances. A few kids died leading to some disease that circulated among them. The people that were healthy enough to walk out had some pretty severe cases of Tuberculosis.

Also there was a teacher who had a screw loose was once hit by a stray eraser and went absolutely balistic, as in he started screaming and crying and breaking shit. As far as I know he still teaches.

We had a big rodent exhibit in science class. We had rats, possums, ferrets, guinea pigs, etc.

This was the first period of the day so the room's state was unseen until we opened the doors in the morning. As the class was beginning to file in, the teacher immediately freaked out. There was a huge satanic ritual done with the critters. All the desks were pushed up against the wall and there was a huge pentagram drawn in their blood on the floor. Their guts coated the wall and their heads were placed on pencil pikes. The school had to be closed down for the day.
