what i love about this meme is that it's 1000% true.
people really are running around, mostly in cities, detached from nature, slaving away for bosses for peanuts.

i wait tables. i worked through the weekend and i've got the next three days off

pros of waiting tables
1. i don't have to wake up til 130pm
2. i work around a lot of good looking girls
3. the money is decent considering it's 7 hours of work and the rest of the time i can goof off
4. i'm on my feet all day and climbing stairs
5. i get to see all of your teachers, bosses, co-workers, etc when they're having fun rather than when they're in bad spirits

>weekend was 2 weeks overseas drinking and having fun, spending money to see things most people will never see.
>Boss talking about how there's going to be a new role and I would fit perfectly, also would mean a slight pay increase and a chance to really power into a career.
