It depends what you mean, nationalism in general seems to be on the rise as far as I can see. If you mean the IRA they're still around but they're more vigilantes than freedom fighters. A lot of people have started getting their hopes up since Brexit, the North are starting to realize the Brits couldn't give two shits about them and so there's a chance they'll vote to join the South
