Not really, the g13 and g18 buttons have tactile little tabs that stick up and in the middle there is a ridge so both halves end up being a bowl shape. You can easily tell where you are by feel.

this one I believe is rival 300 and has lasted me ages, fuck, I switched headphones and my keyboard about 4 times and never had to switch this mouse. it's only con would be that the rubber things on the sides get soft after a few years and peel off, but it's still comfortable

My brother has a 100 dollar mouse i don't know what the name is but I've tried it and it is pretty much the same as mine but since it's more expensive it's obviously going to be a little bit more precise but for the most part it's the same in my opinion

I tried out a Corsair mouse with the same button layout and found I was always misclicking.
