Also, they don't like to have to acknowledge that the world isn't fair, and life is just shit for some people.
The normie's world view depends heavily on everything being fair and equitable, and that any difference in outcome comes down to a lack of effort or some sort of moral failing on the part of the person in question.
They don't want to acknowledge that there isn't somebody out there for everyone, and that some people will never experience love.

Normies don't know what it's like to be a social reject, so they instantly assume everyone else is not a social reject, so when they can easily find a gf, they think everyone else can aswell.

Because they believe everyone has their match. Because they refuse to believe that some people are just incapable of doing that. Imagine if someone asked you how to breathe, you wouldn't take him seriously, or would tell him it comes naturally. I think they usually say that because normies believe that there are a lot of people in the world and the number gets bigger by the minute but what they did not know is that there are certain standards that have to be met before someone becomes that "someone" and knowing that not all of people in the world are functioning adults, they kinda miss the point of what they're saying.
