I've been going alright. I've been able to go down to two meals a day within six hours with no snacks and now I'm down to one meal a day. I'm gonna see how this goes but I'm tempted to just go and not anything at all and fast for a while. I've been tempted to water fast since day one but I don't want to fuck my metabolism that much.

I think I might actually be developing an eating disorder.

I bought the vape because I am pretty sensitive to caffeine and a stimulant isn't good for me to have before bed time. Especially since I just want to fall asleep and see how much weight I've lost the next day.

Really... once the day is over I just want to relax and get comfy. I got a nice set up in my room and the only thing missing is comfy food. But the vape has sort of solved that. I know that the normal juices have no appetite suppressant properties. But I haven't been hungry all day.

I call bullshit. I gain weight whenever my sleep cycle goes out of whack. You release HGH when you sleep.

Nah. I was doing some shitty vocational study but that's over. I'm just trying to enjoy my free time and also trying to lose some weight.

I still try to get out of the house though. Going to the library to read and doing other chores.

Something that tastes like melon milk tea. I also got a bottle of apple cinnamon muffin juice. I'm not a fan of sharp and minty flavors but I'll definitely consider getting a menthol one if i decide to just go without eating. Can you link me to where you got yours?
