What does it mean if you have extremely thick and fast growing head and beard hair that doesn't bald but have almost zero body hair?

Does that mean I have good or bad hair genetics?

For some reason nobody in the area I'm from seems to bald, I think it has something to with England retaining its genetic tribes going back thousands of years, maybe that's why so many of us look inbred.

That's one thing I like about shaving the head, wind on my baldie head feels good, there's not constantly hair in my face, it feels clean. I'd still rather have hair but it doesn't look terrible and I've accepted it.
