Does you robots have experience with sleeping paralysis ? I've been having them on almost a daily basis for about 2 years now and i just can't seem to find anything to get rid of it, what are your experiences with that ?

Got it most of my life, in fact it wasn't until I was maybe 15 that i learned sleep paralysis wasn't normal and most people only experienced it once or twice in their entire lives, if ever. I mean I know everyone actually is paralyzed during the sleep cycle, but it's rare for most people to become conscious during it.
My experiences are the typical one, I've gotten various types of hallucinations accompanied with it, usually feeling something "evil" sitting on my chest, or breathing down my neck, or hearing footsteps around my bed and stuff going through my drawers, feeling things staring down at me, etc. however one time the hallucination was something really peaceful, saw a bunch of bright lights flashing before my eyes and heard the most beautiful sounds, like rushing underwater through a tunnel of voices. I still get SP, closer to once a month rather than once a night now, and the hallucinations are very rare, now.
I view it as a blessing. I think it's an interesting experience and even though I panic every time and try to escape, I'm grateful for the experience. I'm also interested in Lucid Dreams and sleep paralysis is a great way to get a lucid dream.
Interestingly enough though, every single time I've had a lucid dream; shit got really scary and I had to wake up. Like 2 nights ago:
>sitting playing a video game with someone
>look over at the guy sitting next to me
>realize I have never seen him in my life
>realize I'm dreaming
>get excited
>guy turns and grabs me, his eyes turn pitch black and blood is streaming down them
>everything gets dark and he starts trying to drag me down somewhere
>start trying to wake up
>wake up paralyzed
Weird shit like that. Every lucid dream I have seems haunted by malicious entities, I guess my subconscious doesn't want me poking around?

Don't sleep on the back

This is the key, OP. Can confirm 100%. Stop sleeping on your back.

This.
Also, why not turn them into lucid dreams? Sleep paralysis is 75% of the "WILD" technique.
