Have any of you ever seen a shadow person
They have been seen an documented throughout history
People who see them tend to describe the same experience
Some people think it's
Either from sleep paralysis or lack of sleeps. Or demonic creature

This is the wrong board for this.
Every time I've experienced sleep paralysis I either had my head covered or if not I kept my eyes shut as hard as I could, so I've never seen shit because I don't want to, the loud noises are spooky enough

Kind of is kind of isn't cause if it is sleep paralysis caused by lack of sleep robots have the weirdest sleeping patterns

I've heard of people with sleep paralysis where they wake up and can't move, and they see faces everywhere.
Humans have a good chunk of our brain devoted to recognizing faces, and that also includes seeing faces where they aren't really there, but look like it. Like when you see a face on a car.

I think this isn't supernatural like people say I think it's sleep paralysis but it's just as creepy
another one that people have seen is throughout history is a old woman pushing on there chest or a demon
Stoping them from breathing

I've been convinced most of my life it was just a sleep paralysis hallucination but the more I see them the more I'm starting to believe its more than that.

Just to be clear, sleep paralysis isn't the situation where you look at the coat rack where you hanged a sleeping rope on and envision someone standing there? Not being paralyzed though, because I get that on occasion if I stare into the darkness too long.

I though people only got sleep paralysis once in the life? Must be hell having it as a recurring thing.

Anon, don't stare directly into their eyes! I don't even dare looking at a picture of them for long.

That's the equivalent of saying that you should ask /ic/ for money saving tips because artists don't make a lot of money.
