Because they shut themselves from the outside world after high school.

Because just about everyone is in or fresh out of high school.

High School is the last time that life progresses automatically. After that you have to do it for yourself, which we are obviously incapable of. As such time essentially stopped for us once high school ended and we began our journey into eternal NEETdom/wageslavery.

This. After highschool most people here weren't forced to have social interaction everyday and didn't stay at that level social interaction after highschool so they're stuck in a highschool way of thinking about socializing
