Personally, I'd love some autismo maritime nation that owned all the land around the Mediterranean and also controlled the Strait, so you could do lots of shorter boat trips to protected natural places in the Sea or if you wanted a longer voyage you could go around the world for all anyone cared.

I love warm coastal climates, but I tend to dislike the communities that form around them. So I'd need to kick out all those currently living there to form my autismo paradise.
