Anyone else here has fibro?

No, but I'm only 31 and have a fucked up back and wrist. Can't even play vidya anymore. My body hurts all the time, both my upper and lower back. Lower they know what is wrong, upper they don't. Either way not much I can do about either. Lower back there is surgery but it doesn't have a good success rate.

Distraction and acceptance can help a bit. There is some research that accepting pain helps make it go away more than trying to run from it.

For example, take some pain you feel right now and focus on it. Try to focus only on it. And it will start to actually feel a bit better.

I might get laughed at, but, it seems to help a bit for me.
