I remember mom had one of those old ford vans, it was baby blue. We later got a red volvo. I love that old car smell and the feel of those rough cloth seats
I grew up on the country so I would always be outside with my cousins playing
modern times kinda sucks, everything seems to dependant on technology, especially entertainment which is just sad...
ye, there is a bit of nostalgia but going but would have been awesome

my country was communist and poor in the 80s so that would be a no for me. Late 90s and early 00s would be good though.

I have far better memories of the 90s. What I remember from the 80s though was lame technology and, for some reason, this spate of movies being made about young white boys who would either create or find these magical girlfriends. The hell was up with that?

Early-00s was best time for me. Perfect balance of outside play and videogames.

Like I know this sounds really tired and cliche, but I wish I could have been born earlier and experienced the 80s. No normies on their phone 24/7, people interacting more. I like the music, the style, the movies. I've always heard that downtown was so much more alive, roller rinks and shit. Who knows though, maybe in reality I'd hate it.

I went to a conference place that did an 80's thing thid christmas and it was pretty comfy. It had old arcades, disco and punk music blazing, newspapers and magazines of the era, disco and punk clothes even a whole reconstruction of an apartment at the time. It was really comfy
