For breakfast I have 2 eggs, a bagel, strawberries, and oatmeal. For dinner I usually have some sort of meat with veggies. Then a spinach banana smoothie (gay, I know).

If I'm feeling naughty I'll have some lucky charms or a rice krispy afterwards but that's all I have for the day.

Physical issue. Hard to move around, feel fatigued, chronic pain in the abdomen, early satiety. Been to 3 GIs and mayo, also have abnormal gastric emptying, which is like a weaker gastroparesis.
