Think of something you like to do, anything your passionate about, and learn about it. If you end up procrastinating again you're just a lazy cuck. Stay consistent for once in your life OP

search for guides that are more advanced than "do gooder" in some attribute, forcing yourself through physical reminders might help

I just can never finish with what I've started

God damn it, I know these feels all too well. I'm too soft on myself and can't seem to start doing anything that doesn't give me instant gratification.

The one tip I can give you that helped me to an extent is to keep setting alarms for 5 minutes ahead on your computer every time you're procrastinating. Then, each time the alarm rings pause what you're doing and try to will yourself into starting on whatever task it is you're procrastinating in regards to. After 10 or 15 times of this I usually manage to do it, which is better than browsing for 12 hours until I'm too sleepy to do anything anymore.

It just sounds like you guys have ADHD. You should do some research on it, and get an opinion from a doctor.
