How do I fix this? How do I fix shitty skin in general? I'm okay with shaving my head, but I can't do it in the condition I'm in now.

For shitty skin in general I do this before bed every other day

>rinse and dry face and neck at sink
>splash some alcohol free skin toner on face and neck
>wait a minute or three for it to dry, then start applying revitalift on face and neck
>leave it on and go to fucking bed

Works super duper well speaking as someone who was assumed to be 40 3 times in one week.

Sucks. I have a pretty large bald spot on the back of my head. But I'm too scared to shave the rest off
