im trying to keep it at 700cals a day so that i can lose more weight overtime than jumping to 200 cals a day and only losing weight for a few weeks. it's hard though, making it to 700 a day and not feeling like a fat fuck is impossible

i fasted for around two days, it worked okay, but it made it almost impossible not to binge afterwards. if you fast, make sure you have INCREDIBLE self will and a strong hatred for eating

200 calories wild rice

So about 1020 calories

Was 275 last year so I'm getting there
My problem was I was eating too much processed food.
I'm actually anorexic and 1000 is a lot for me. I've been struggling and seeing a psych. I was avg about 400 a day a month ago.
