It's not getting rejected that hurts, it's why you do. How do you think a person feels when he constantly gets shut down after every single time he tried? I'm not just talking about asking woman out on a date, I'm talking about everything from talking, finding a job, getting into a school, making friends, and the list goes on.
For some it's easier, and for others it's a nightmare that they can't ever wake up from. The world is constantly telling them to fuck off and die, and any attempt to curse back is met with stifling stares that snuff out any remaining spark to "try."
No one is born the way they are, life builds them to be.
