With parents you can't fap easy and feel the freedom, but if you're living alone eventually you'll feel social isolation that is even worse. Probably humans can't be happy in any position.

youre probably right. and that is a disgusting pic

>and that is a disgusting pic

why anon?
>>
>>38640731

I've been spending on average 12-14 hours per day in my room (the attic) for 2-3 years now and I can't wait to move out so I can live by myself.

I agree with you social isolation fucks with everyone after a certain amount of time, it's inherent in being a human, but I want to socialize on my terms and only then. Don't want to be surrounded by people.

I often wonder if I would be better off just living in my car or some shit

They're clearly disappointed with how I turned out and we can't stand each other anyway

i have done this and then i lost the car and was homeless for about half a year eventually swallowing my pride and asking my parents for help so you better know what you are doing

The only reason they help me was cause they was still worried about me. Could have totally abandoned me.

I moved in with my brother and his wife and child. I live in their office, the only spare room in the house.

I'm 23, my parents got divorced and then my dad made me leave. Nothing can break me anymore, I'm used to life being nothing but turmoil for me.

I'm an only child and don't have a gf. I see no reason to live alone and leave my parents. Plus I'm only 21 so it's actually pretty normal.

At least they aren't autistic boomerfags who don't understand that you can't just walk into a place and shake the manager's hand and get a job for the next 50 years.

Dang, and to think I had it bad.
32 years old and my mother begged me to move back home when I moved to live on my own for 3 months, uncles were starving because grandma can't cook anymore, now I'm the house's chef.

You have your mother, uncles and grandmother under the same roof?
Also, requesting tips on quick and easy meals to cook.
>>
Im 25 and live at home. Moving this month though because my parents helped me buy a house. I need renters though.
>>
In a major city it feels stupid to do anything but live with parents. Shit is so overpriced
>>
>>38643470
2 uncles, my grandma, and my mother only comes over on weekends
BOTH uncles have never married,
they are on their early and late 50s

I don't know anon, there are shittons of meals that are easy to cook, you can always explore /ck/'s booru http://ck.booru.org/
If you are going to boil some pasta or prepare gelatin make sure to read the package first and have a stopwatch/phone with you (for pasta, don't add salt or pasta to water if its not boiling). Make sure to put underground veggies(like potatoes) in water before it boils, the other way around for overground veggies (like carrots).

Literally anything they ask me to prepare. Almost all the time they ask me for mexican cuisine because they like it very much, sometimes one of them goes fancy and asks me if I can prepare something they saw on a restaurant, then i search recipes for it, give them a shopping list (or ask them to give me money to buy it) then the trial & error begins.

I've been living with my parents for almost 10 years now , i never leave the house, and my parents drive me to places if i really have to go somewhere, but thats usually once a year and I stay in the car. yesterday i foolishly decided to walk to a store to buy something instead of buying online like I usually do. The suburb i live in has become a third world hellhole. normies were commuting to work in their big ass cars and I was the only person walking down the sidewalk. I felt weak and powerless and felt like I was about to get run over at any moment crossing streets. The stores were filled with mindless normie consumers buying junk, the cashiers were rude. I got so depressed seeing that, and remembered why i dropped out from society. Living with retired mom and dad is 1000 times better than going outside and working in a cold and distant society that only functions to sell junk to you then make you go into debt and force you to work. If I could I would live in my room forever and post memes for the rest of my life.
>>
>>38644120
people drive their vehicles around like they don't give a shit, it's honestly pretty frightening.
i've almost been run over a bunch of times just walking from my house up the street.
>>
>tfw living in my van on my parents drive

If you're moving out of your parents house because of some bullshit social stigma you're an idiot. I stayed until I was 22 and stashed away all my money so I could get a deposit on a house of my own. Had I started renting somewhere just to say I didn't live with my parents I wouldn't have been able to get my own place.
>>
This thread hits very close to home. I just want to move out so I can live on my own terms and develop myself, rather than repeating the same interactions with my parents everyday. It's fucking detrimental when you arrive home and it's just the same barrage of questions, repeated whatever mood is persisting at the time. I appreciate a lot of things my parents do for me, but it's the lack of character building and privacy that kills me a little inside. I simply can't bare the silly "soap opera-style" of socialising that people try to replicate in their day-to-day interactions. Is anyone else experience these type of feels?

Im living at home to build a financial basis for myself while taking classes online and learning new skills at 19. I dont seek the validation of my parents either so that doesnt factor in.

I can't be the only one who is cozy at home right? I never want to move out.

I'm far past the point of caring about romantic interests, I have a nice big room, we have a swimming pool, my parents don't resent me too much despite being 25 as I'm their only child and they know I have issues / just accept me.

Nice home cooked meals, laundry done, I have my license and my own car so I don't have to rely on my family to go out. Still a neet but I can't complain about my living situation, at least.
