After I played through it once in 2014 and tried the pre-alpha or whatever it was called and got really engrossed in the threads, I never could convince myself to play it again, even though I really wanted to play the other routes, especially Rin's, and the infamous rooftop scene people kept talking about. I just can't make myself ignore Hanako, and I don't want to go through the emotional pain of playing her route again, either.

I liked all of the girls. However, Rin's path absolutely sucked ass and was a huge disappointment. The other paths were fine, but Rin's actually pissed me off a little bit. Nothing she was saying was that abstract or difficult to understand, but Hisao is just a retarded normie I guess. What makes it worse is that Rin was my favorite girl in Act I.

I'm really sad that Katawa Shoujo is not as big as it was years ago when it was released.
Then again it has been years ago, so it's understandable that it has fallen from the spotlight. I just think that KS is one of the crown jewels of 4chan in terms on what it has created/done
