If you're feeling suicidal you can actually go to ER for treatment. They will keep and observe you. But you can go to the normal ward if you want to just set up an appointment to talk with someone

Yes I know you came here for help instead of going to the right place. You find a clinic with mental health services, so open a tab for google, then call em. Say that you want to talk to a therapist, they'll probably take your name and telephone number, and ask briefly, when you can be reached. Then, you'll get called with appointment times for you to come in. Usually you gotta fill out a questionnaire when you come in to figure out which therapist is going to take you on and so they can kinda prepare for handling whatever issue you got
