I usually get the itch once a day, usually while wasting time on 4chan, and I usually fall for it. If I go even two or three days without watching porn slash masturbating, I absolutely notice it. The urges start getting pretty crazy, and it starts coming up more frequently throughout the day. This stuff is nuts. It's like I'm a drug addict. I've literally been trying to quit porn for 9 years and counting.

It might be normal. I think the frequency of my urges are a result of my finding and watching / masturbating to porn from early on in my life. I don't think, if I had never become a porn addict, that I would naturally want to jack off this much or this badly. It's not even like the orgasms are all that great, usually. Lol, on rare occasions it gets as bad as their being completely numb. It just feels like I'm squeezing boogers out of my dick.
