try changing your lifestyle, what makes you relaxed? maybe change what music you listen to sometimes, take cold showers and go to bed early. this advice sounds cliche I know, but small improvements like that can add up.

there's no perfect cure for anxiety, but it seems to help me at least

I would have said video games makes me relaxed but lately I can't play them without getting super upset anymore. I am not quite sure what relaxes me. I know it sounds silly but I ended up buying a adult coloring book because it helps or whatever but I haven't used it yet. Really willing to try anything out. I don't really listen to relaxing music so maybe I should look into that but I don't really even know where to start. I will try the cold showers and sleeping early anon. I tend to stay up late past few months.

Do you have any favorite articles of clothing? I picked up a while ago a flannel shirt from good will, the only one I have, that's like one size too big and I know that when I'm wearing it I'm going to have a chill time.

As far as reducing anxiety I'm not sure I can help a ton. But if you just want a comfy relaxed time then music is a good recommendation. Maybe find a comfort food that you can munch on that isn't too heavy. Rain is ultra comfy to me, even if its just rain sounds. And then find a nice comfy activity. You said you have a coloring book, that is nice. Puzzles are wonderful. Also nothing beats wrapping up in a blanket and watching a comfy movie or tv show. I hope some of this helps man.

I had a hippy philosophy professor in college who taught me how to meditate. I haven't done it in a few years, but I remember it being the most relaxed I've ever been. Weed and alcohol haven't even been able to match the carefree-ness I felt during and after meditating. Besides that, if you are a chronic procrastinator, the best thing you can do is to get things done early. Nothing feels better that finishing your do-to list and realizing you are a week ahead of your schedule/deadline/due date.

Reno, Nevada at night. I drove through some back roads tonight on some hills while listening to some chill music and got to see a great view of Reno's skyline. It was supremely comfy.

No unfortunately, we meditated in class once a week. He brought a music box and we would wear some comfy, loose-fitting clothes, and sit cross legged in a circle. I would just kind of stare off into space, but I think some people closed their eyes.

After a while I would get the sudden urge to laugh out loud. When I brought this up after class, several other students said they experienced the same feeling. the professor said that was actually normal, and a sign we were actually not thinking about anything. He said some ancient cultures thought that laughing during meditation was bad thoughts/spirits leaving your soul. In retrospect, it seems like he was bullshitting us on that one, but as I said before, I've never felt more relaxed as I did then; meditating in a classroom, in circle of 25 other people, listening to a music box, staring at nothing.

I'm a different Anon, but I use Transcendental Meditation because when I was 15, my mom shelled out $1,000 for me to learn it. The basic method is below. More detail can be found with a simple google search.

This can be kind of difficult for some people, so another option is using guided meditations. There are tons of apps and YouTube videos dedicated to guided meditations. Just find one you like and set aside 20 minutes or so.

Weird as it sounds, riding a quiet low CC motorcycle through the town at night is ultra comfy

Let's plays of somebody you really like is super comfy. My favorites are Markiplier plays Franbow (amazing story and Mark really gave it the attention it deserved) and another favorite is Silent Hill 2 + I have no Mouthand must Scream by Best Friends Play.
