They're not hard to make. If you have dashi, miso, maybe some soy sauce or something, they're done in a snap.

I also really like miso broth. It's surprisingly satisfying for what it is.

Miso is so fucking good. When I was a little kid, my dad would take me and my sister to Nami's in Pines once a week, he'd give us both a $40 limit, and I always just ordered lots of miso. So much miso that I couldn't stomach whatever else I ordered, so I got to take that stuff home for leftovers.
