I have the most decent path:

Your first stage is to go 60 days without porn and without fapping.

Get Windows if you don't have it. Create an admin and a user account.

Now, download a decent 'hosts ban list', this is a 'hosts' file with a bunch of major porn sites listed on it, lookup the instructions (it's very simple) about using the 'hosts' file to ban certain sites.

This will make it impossible to view certain sites without altering the hosts file, once you have locked yourself out of the admin account you won't be able to change it even if you're super tempted.

Now, install firefox and on your user account set it up with leechblock addon. Make it ban certain keywords, like "porn" "femdom", etc. This will help to filter many sites that weren't on the hosts list should you end up searching for them.

You can setup a complex password for the admin account, something like fDF#7qw823dD2d2@$, write it down and put the password somewhere which will take a good amount of effort to get to.

You're now pretty much able to use the web while avoiding porn. Your problem is going to be with 4chan though. You could block 4chan entirely, or if you REALLY need it - get a program that turns your screen to black and white, this will remove much of the power of porn images you seen online (hard to believe, but the colour aspect of HD porn is a much trigger). You could also set 4chan's settings up to stop images from loading I think - or if there isn't, you can do this in firefox.

Well try my technique and go for it, the problem is that if you go a week without porn, when you go back to it, the pleasure is going to be more intense than if you'd had one 'hit' of porn a day. So it's reinforcing your 'addiction'. You have to break free. After 20 days or so for me, I have more self-control in general, but 60 days is a very good standard for building new habits and breaking free of old.
