Not only that, but for a country 1/6th the population we have something like 1/14th the aircraft by comparison. 1/20th the combat aircraft.

I'm a yuropean so there is active conscription in my country. I didn't need to go to military because of my mental issues I had back then. Of course that doesn't mean I'm off the hook, I just means I didn't need to go to the basic training. If there is going to be a war, they're going to haul my ass there make me fight.

I'm fine with that, I'm ready to defend my home country. Some people tend to forget that just because I skipped the basic training I'm not a soldier. People may think I'm some kind of duty avoiding hippie, when in reality I'm a "sleeper unit".

Because my barely-supportive family would never let me hear the end of it. It wouldn't solve my current issues which revolve entirely around unemployment. I am also a complete social fuck-up so I am certain it would be a fate worse than hell being stuck with the same kind of people back in my middle/high school days. I'm also so weak I can't even do a pull-up so inevitably I would drag the whole team down, get everyone punished and then become the leper of the group. In addition to that, I am essentially the polar opposite to most military candidates. I would also probably quit since I can't handle that kind of stress, my ideal life is a monotonous job so I can work in peace, live alone in peace and die in peace. It wouldn't line up with my goals trying to find a peaceful living in a military unit meant for war.
I also have IED and multiple personality disorders, so I would fail the mental check too.
