Sounds like you've got a case of shitty chair. I prescribe you one (1) chair cushion.
The padding on my computer chair finally wore out and it was hurting my tailbone to sit on it for any length of time, so I just bought a chair cushion from Amazon and it's been comfy as can be ever since.
