Funny thing though, when I've been abroad, places by the mediterranean, italy, spain, greece, cyprus, malta, other warm places like south africa, west indies, SEA, it's not the same kind of heat... it can be fucking awful for sure, but it's a different sort of humidity so you just don't get the same sort of crazy ballsweat sauna heat you get up here. Blissfully cloudy and windy today, yesteday was fucking miserable. But yea, people who've spent their whole lives living nearer the equator can probably handle the heat a bit better as well, just like we can walk around outside in t-shirt and sandals without any stress when it's like 0

Oh, and if you're a fat fuck you'll probably sweat even more, that's good for you though, drop some weight.

From first hand knowledge, I'd tell you to avoid spicy food and to work out if you're not already in shape. Meditation apparently helps too but I haven't tried that yet.
