probably moments. i have never met anyone who told me that somethings wrong with me within the first minute though

speaking of which, are there any reliable ways to reduce tics? my tics get progressively worse and worse as the day goes on because being tired apparently makes my tourettes worse.

There isn't really a cure, I've looked into a million different techniques but none of them have a high success rate.

The only one that seems promising is meditation (mindfulness, whatever you wanna call it) but it doesn't solve anything overnight, takes hours of practice.

I concede that they are extremely rare and that the media, through overexposure of these extreme cases, has made us believe that TS = shouting nigger over and over. However, vocal tics do exist and plenty of cases have been documented.
