is it bad to never move out of your parents house? is it bad if you dont pay rent?
i guess it depends what you want out of life
certainly one can make a case that you are missing out on a great deal of the human experience by living this way, but if you honestly don't want to change then who are they to say it's bad?
just be sure this is really what you want though, because once you go down the neet path it is practically impossible to turn back

i'm one of such people. i have a job where i could afford an apartment but there's no logical reason to move out except that i could walk around naked. im sure girls see it as a red flag, but i'm already covered in red flags

If you really aren't capable of supporting yourself (whether permanently or temporarily), then it's forgivable.

Unless he's actually disabled, then no it's not

well still you are missing out a good deal of life
having your own place gives you the privacy you need to experiment with more taboo things like sex, drugs, alternative lifestyles. It also forces you to develop skills like cooking, cleaning, managing finances, self control.
but it's not necessarily bad if you don't want these things

It is definitely forgivable, more and more people are staying at home each year for a reason, it's just not worth it to move out when you can save that money for yourself.
