yikes. it ain't great, I'll tell you that. I wouldn't even call it good. the first couple times were interesting. then it was unequivocally bad, agitating, scary, unstoppable.

I get restless legs real bad on the shit. DXM is my favorite but I usually take both together, about 2:1 DXM:DPH seems to be the magic number. Cuts down on the nausea some, but I still get the teeth chattering and sensation of burning alive.
