Yes you can. You can totally complain about it. Free markets don't always catch on to the "best" products. It does give people a choice to choose what they "think" is "best". So it's either incredibly optimistic thinking people will chose what's really best, naiveto thinking people will choose what's really best, or cynical thinking people won't choose what's best if they don't get a chance to chose which could also fall under naive .
