Netherlands has an extremely high cost of living, and not knowing the language will render you a social outcast (I'm assuming you're used to that though). Yeah, some of them know english, but the general population knows english about as well as yankees in the US know spanish: enough to recognize the language, but not enough to actually converse in any meaningful manner.

Aside from that, the place has beautiful landscapes. The food seems tasty (if you ignore anything fermented). The houses seem cozy. Not to mention that they have AMAZING internet.
