Linkin Park was one of the few bands I actually liked. I find it really disturbing celebrities are offing themselves famous people would rather kill themselves than be around plebeians really kind of makes me think what the fuck the rest of us really are like. Durkheim wrote a lot about it. celebrities who are no longer famous and desired, rich people who lose their money or businesses who are no longer important or attended to, people whose wives divorce them and friends move on, people who are about to go to prison and thereby be cut off from their social connections and have their reputations and careers destroyed, etc. all have decent reasons to consider suicide. frankly most of the people on this board probably do-- they just either haven't gotten to that point yet or have gone on long enough to accept that they never will.
