How do y'all masturbate without porn? I have a (no pun intended) hard time getting there without a visual stimuli.
Pic not related.
i use my imagination. its better than porn because you can think of anything

c'mon, your imagination can't be this bad
think of your favorite porn and start making small modifications

Work your way to imagination with a week of only using normie tier Facebook shit. After that try imagination.
Mind rape whoever you find attractive.

how the fuck is this not original
>>38512155
one time I tried to see if I could get off just sitting there with no stimulation whatsoever, reasoning that it should be possible if I can do it when I am asleep
came pretty close I think

Imagination. Are you trying to quit porn? Cause I've been there and done that and know it's not the easiest thing in the world.

Not forever but you can use it to taper off from hardcore porn and when your ready, stop using images.

Yeah Ive been watching way too much porn. My life is like that one episode of Friends where Joey and Chandler get that free porn channel.

I mean I dont even have a facebook. I literally dont use facebook. At all.
Is using pics that bad? I mean its not like the pics are pornographic but I use my imagination based off them.

I prefer to read porn than watch it. Usually I use either CoC, TiTS, or the Kristen Archives to bring up something to jack it to.

I read porn sometimes too. I want to get off all porn though.

It's really about retraining your body/mind. In nofap/noporn circles you might hear about the PMO cycle (porn, masturbation, orgasm), and for as much pseudoscience as those communities contain, I think they got that one right. It's not so much the porn itself that's keeping you, it's the habit of the cycle. The second big point I would make is that you can only quit porn if you want to. That might seem like a bit of an obvious prereq, but it's the reason why keeping track of the days pornfree or setting checkpoints for yourself (ie. "I just need to make it a week, then a month" or whatever) doesn't work. You have to realize that you're not "giving up" anything, the same way you don't "give up" the flu when you get better. If you want to watch porn, then do it. With it being a purely psychological thing, the more you make a vice/taboo out of it, knowing full well it's something you enjoy, the more you'll be pulled into a relapse.
tl;dr
>I stopped watching porn because I stopped wanting to watch porn
