I'm in my mid 30's and probably play 5-10 hours a week. Time goes faster and you get more shit to do as you get older but some things are always fun.
I'm shit at FPS games now though, reflexes aren't what they used to be. When BoTW came out I probably played 20hrs/wk until I beat it.
You get more annoyed at gamer 'culture' and lame memes that little kids think is hilarious. You lose track of what games are coming out or what everyone is playing because you don't talk to people who care about games nearly as much.

Now that I am 22, I just play Verdun and Mowas 1/2 over and over.
